"Adrift"

How I wish we'd be exiled from time and space...
Inspiration comes only when you expect it not to.
Exiled into the woods where inspiration would be more than enough...
To feel your embrace, it would be sheer pleasure.
And what if I could osculate your cold skin under a peaceful rainfall?
Would the placidness melt your icy fortress?
Nothing pluvial would do, is that right?
Quieten your fearful senses
Indulge into serenity
Is redemption the appropriate word?
Then, would you like to whisper soft words of affection
as the fir would gently spread its fragrance in the forest?
Still, an iambus could only caress your exterior.
And no nightingale's song could move you.
Only an undulation of old memories could.
It's snowing, dear, can you see?
The weather's so cold, will you hold me?
The nebula's not gone, not yet...
Does it pacify you?
No, your wanderlust should.
"You're such an enchanter..." i would sigh.
And the day would break...
